Aptos

Aptos combines non-invasive threads and methods to lift, contour, and revitalize the face and body. Invented in 1996 by Dr. Marlen Sulamanidze and developed by Dr. George Sulamanidze and Dr. Constantin Sulamanidze, the method has been embraced by the cosmetic industry for 22 years.

The absorbable thread lifting method is done by a single-use suture, delivering permanent lifting and contouring results.

Aptos thread lifting methods are minimally invasive, achieve facial and body rejuvenation, and improve the skin quality without surgery, scarring or downtime.

Advantages of Aptos thread lift:

  • Minimally invasive procedure
  • Under the local anesthesia
  • Takes about 15 – 20 minutes
  • Immediate evident results
  • Minimum downtime
  • Stimulates collagen growth
  • Increases microcirculation
  • Long-term effect

Compared to traditional facelift, which leaves visible changes and well-hidden but clear scars, APTOS thread lift does not leave scars or alter the face’s original features. You will look like your old pictures again.

Ideal candidates for thread lifts include people with minimal signs of aging who just need a small lift. Usually, these are women and men between 30 and 55.
Right candidates are those patients who have

  • prominence of the jaw
  • a relaxed / sagging mid-facial appearance
  • slight bags under the eyes or on the neck

Candidates include those who have had some relapse from a previous procedure such as a facelift or neck lift.

APTOS can be used to treat various parts of the face and body, including:

  • Contours of the face
  • Jawline
  • Cheeks and mid face area
  • Eyebrows
  • Neck
  • Breasts
  • Arms
  • Abdomen
  • Buttocks
  • Inner thighs
  • Knees

Poor candidates

  • Patients who have excess sagging skin and are at an advanced age will show very limited improvements.
